🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ZAAVIYA GEMS

At Zaaviya Gems, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return if:

✔ The item is damaged or defective
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The item is unused and in its original packaging

⏳ RETURN TIME FRAME

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • After 3 days, we cannot accept return requests

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted products (if applicable)
  • Personal preference changes (e.g. “I don’t like it anymore”)

🔁 REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

✔ Refund will be processed if approved
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or agreed method)
✔ COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

⏱ REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval

📸 DAMAGE / WRONG ITEM CLAIMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

👉 Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
👉 Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will prioritize your request and resolve it quickly.

🚚 SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or wrong)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

🔄 EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges depending on stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer:

✔ Replacement product
✔ Store credit
✔ Refund (if applicable)
